Our site does not automatically recognize your e-mail address. You only receive e-mail from us if you check a box indicating an interest in a particular e-list. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and online forms, including those who specifically check a box to subscribe on our online forms (for example, our Retirement eNews sign-up form).

Any user who signs up for any e-mail newsletter from Union Privilege can unsubscribe or manage his/her subscription by linking to the personal URL e-mailed to all subscribers. Every e-mail sent by Union Privilege also includes information about how to stop receiving e-mails from us.

If you sign up for Union Plus e-mails, you can expect to receive e-mails from info@unionprivilege.org and/or enews@unionprivilege.org. Please update your e-mail address books and "safe" lists as appropriate. These instructions may be helpful.

We will not share your e-mail address with non-Union Plus benefits organizations.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and notify interested visitors about updates to our Web site. We do not share individual personal information with other organizations for marketing or commercial purposes.

Personal Financial Information

Union Privilege does not collect any credit card information on the Web site. If you enter data into any of our online calculators, you can be sure that none of this information will be saved or shared with anyone else.

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes on our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, please check back at our Web site periodically.
